The method of wire wrapping it's a wire connection system that uses a special tool to tightly wrap a small gauge solid wire around the sharp corners of a connection termianl. The use of wire wrapping puts a large amount of tension and compression forces on the terminal's edge to crush both oxide layers of the wire and terminal together. It is used in multiple industries.

Wire wrap is also very stable when exposed to temperature changes, corrosive atmospheres, humidity, and vibration. It is stronger than a solder connection. It is less easily stripped from the terminal, and is less subject to breakage. The connection can be removed quickly and easily, with no damage to the terminal.
